 g how understanding receptor activation patterns and odor coding can direct
 ly inform rational design and development of new flavors and fragrances. Th
 is session aims to equip flavorists and chemists with insights into leverag
 ing OR knowledge for future success.Biography\nSandeepa Dey is a Bay Area-b
 ased biotech consultant. Prior to consulting, Sandeepa gained significant e
 xperience directly applying olfactory research to practical challenges with
