The British Society of Flavourists was founded in 1970 to promote the interests of individuals working within the Flavour Industry. Membership now comprises hundreds of individuals, based in over 40 countries around the world. These include flavourists, food technologists, marketing and sales executives.
The day-to-day running of the Society is in the hands of the council which is elected at the Annual General Meeting. We are always trying to introduce new events and to keep pace with the ever-changing environment that our industry is a part of.
We run or are associated with a number of regular events, including:
- Flavourist Training Course - University of Reading in association with the BSF
- British Society of Flavourists Annual Symposium
- FlavourTalk Exhibition & Conference, Amsterdam - Flavour Horizons in association with the BSF
- Bill Littlejohn Memorial Lecture
We look forward to the continued support of our existing members and to welcoming new members to our ever-growing Society.
