Please be advised the [2026] Annual General Meeting will take place online on Thursday April 30th at 6.30pm BST (GMT+1).
The AGM is your opportunity to hear a review of the Society’s work during the past year and examine the financial details of the Society. The final agenda will be published shortly before the meeting (no less than 7 days).

As defined by our Constitution, the formal Election of Council members takes place in the weeks leading up to the meeting, through a secret ballot circulated to those members eligible to vote.
